Tom Martin received his J.D. from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles and his B.A. in English from the University of California at Berkeley. Tom is a member of the State Bar of California, and is admitted to practice in the Central, Southern, Eastern and Northern Districts of California, the District Court of Colorado, and the District Court for Southern Illinois.
